Citi and ISS have entered into a new partnership agreement where ISS will oversee and deliver integrated facility services (IFS) to all Citi operations across the Asia-Pacific region. As part of the new agreement ISS will deliver a wide range of services to more than 1500 Citi sites and 1.3 million square meters in the Asia-Pacific region. A total of 19 countries are covered by the new extended partnership, including Japan, India, Korea, Singapore, China/Hong Kong and Australia.
ISS will provide property services, cleaning, support services, energy and technical management, landscaping, facilities management and several other services as part of the new IFS agreement.
Additionally, Citi has granted ISS a two-year extension to their existing contract covering all the Citi sites in the EMEA region. Following the amendment the partnership in both regions will run until the end of 2017.
When the agreement with Citi in the Asia-Pacific region is fully implemented during second quarter of 2013, Citi will become one of ISS’s largest global customers.
