Jones Lang LaSalle and Royal Philips Electronics have entered into a partnership agreement to deliver energy efficient lighting and energy management solutions to Jones Lang LaSalle’s clients. The global agreement starts in Asia Pacific and will be scaled up to cover the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
In a pilot scheme, Jones Lang LaSalle and Philips offered an international banking firm a 30 percent cost reduction on supply and installation of LED lighting across 1000 square metres of office space. This initiative will increase energy efficiency and deliver estimated cost savings exceeding US$300,000 over 10 years.
