Property Assist Help Desk has won the AMP Service Provider of the Year award.
Knight Frank’s Property Assist Help Desk has won the AMP Service Provider of the Year award. The category was created to differentiate service providers from contractors, with service providers including consultants, portfolio wide providers such as Evac trainers and groups providing significant support to national operations, including internal business units.
According to Michael Cameron, head of property operations, office and industrial – shopping centres for AMP Capital Investors, since the first of May 2012, Knight Frank’s Property Assist Help Desk has dealt with over 40,000 work requests, 22,000 invoices worth over $40 million and almost 9000 of the company’s clients without an issue, complaint or single data error.
“Property Assist has over 2500 users, all of whom use the system without any training whatsoever. This is testimony to the innovation behind the system and the support provided by the help desk. Its approach has been reflected directly in our externally conducted tenant surveys, in which Property Assist received a high approval rating at a time when it had only been a part of the business for a number of months. For AMP Capital’s senior management to recently refer to Property Assist as a ‘landscape changer’ shows the worth of Knight Frank’s approach to this service,” Cameron states.
Kahtlin Morris, Knight Frank’s facilities response centre team leader, accepted the award and thanked her team and the support of CoreVision.
