Knight Frank’s Asset Management Services (AMS) team in Perth has been appointed to manage a premium portfolio of four commercial assets owned by diversified property investment and development company Peakstone.
The Perth portfolio, with a combined gross floor area of approximately 27,000 sqm, includes:
- Westralia Plaza, 167 St Georges Terrace – An A Grade, 11-level office tower in Perth CBD.
- Colonial House, 55 St Georges Terrace – A B Grade, 11-level office building surrounded by retail and hospitality precincts.
- Jardine House, 182 St Georges Terrace – A boutique B Grade office building in West End CBD.
- Pinnacle Commercial, 30–34 Charles Street, South Perth – An A Grade strata office development.
Knight Frank will provide services including property and facilities management, property accounting, workplace services, and initiatives focused on ESG and NABERS performance, tenant engagement and operational excellence
The appointment followed a competitive Request for Proposal process.

The announcement follows several similar high-profile deals that Knight Frank has secured elsewhere in the country.
In December 2024, the firm’s AMS was appointed to manage Rialto, a commercial precinct in Melbourne’s CBD.
The property, located on Collins Street, consists of two connected towers. The North and South towers extend 37 levels and 55 levels respectively. Combined, they offer more than 90,000 sqm of office space and over 2000 sqm of retail space, with the retail and dining offerings in the ground floor piazza and fine dining on Level 55.
Major tenants in the building include White & Case, K&L Gates, Thomson Geer Lawyers, BlueRock, and the Bank of Melbourne. Rialto also has premium co-working facilities called Spaces Rialto.
In a separate deal last year, the AMS was also appointed to manage the Somerton Business Park, a land holding of approximately 99 hectares in Melbourne’s north, on behalf of Aware Real Estate.
