Australia’s leading home builder Metricon has launched a podcast. The series sets out to help home buyers through the process of building a new home.

The eight episode series titled Building The Dream is a fortnight program available across all podcast platforms. It’s the first-to-market move for the builders. The company is looking to speak directly to home owners and potential builders.

Hosted by Cecelia Ramsdale, each of the episodes will also feature two Metricon experts. The experts will delve into the key aspects of the new home build journey. All the way from making the decision to build new, right through to handover and beyond.

With the first series running over eight episodes, the podcast will be aired fortnightly every Tuesday. Each episode features home building experts and explores all the steps in the process – from first deciding to build new, to finally getting the keys. By the end of the series, listeners will know if building a new home is right for them and be well informed of the steps involved in the new home building process.

Speaking of the podcast launch, Metricon’s social media specialist, Jess Brien said,

“The goal of this podcast is to help showcase how simple and easy it is to go from thinking about building your dream home to having the keys handed over. It is a complete guide to the various considerations of what it takes to build and answers a lot of questions for first home buyers, right through to those who might be considering a rebuild, with expert advice in each episode.

“In a time where we’re managing busy schedules, podcasts provide a simple and convenient way to consume content while on the go. Audio content allows listeners to multitask, whether it’s during their daily commute, or while cooking, exercising or cleaning. The Building the Dream podcast is easily accessible and delivers expert advice on a new platform that will be able to reach a wide range of audiences,” continues Brien.
