DeWalt introduces new 3400PSI, 9.4Lpm pressure washer
DeWalt has launched an industry-first pressure washer with patent PressUReady technology designed for maximum durability, long lasting performance and ease of use on the toughest of cleaning jobs.
In addition to efficiency, the automatic stop/start system aids in extending product life, reducing running costs and controlling noise.
Featuring 3400PSI of cleaning pressure with a water flow rate of 9.4 litres per minute, this washer is exclusively engineered with PressUReady technology, an advanced battery-operated electric starting system with auto stop/start trigger control.
After initial set-up, the pressure washer is activated by simply squeezing the trigger. Releasing the trigger will prompt the machine to shut down after 10 seconds, while remaining at the ready for instant reactivation, reducing running costs as well as wear and tear.
An advanced auto-adjust electric choke prevents the need for any additional choke adjustments or pulls on a recoil rope. The washer’s premium design includes an innovative smart control panel with built-in LED diagnostic screen. This panel provides an easy read on the washer’s modes, including ‘ready’ and level of water flow. Advanced capabilities indicate alert fault codes for critical information, such as a depletion of fuel and low battery power.
The pressure washer comes fitted with a 7.6-metre long steel braided high-pressure hose for extra durability and resistance to kinks and abrasions and an ergonomic spray gun designed with a 360-degree rotating handle and side grip for practical use, comfort and control. There are also five quick-connect nozzles to choose from, so you can optimise your performance to the task at hand.
Meeting DeWalt’s standard for maximum performance in different conditions, the washer features a powerful 208CC engine with low oil shutdown protection, cast iron cylinder sleeve and dual ball bearings that extend engine life, patented four-ply pneumatic tyres with run flat technology, and a thermal-relief system to protect the pump from overheating.
The oversized battery compartment is water-resistant, accepts DeWalt 18-volt batteries and is compatible with DeWalt Flexvolt batteries.
The pressure washer is manufactured for cleaning machinery, garden paths, driveways and fences, retaining walls, bricks and gutters, as well as for paint preparation and other light commercial business cleaning. It is available from Total Tools and has a recommended retail price of $1399.
