The New Zealand move will help the Australian engineering company service its large client base in the Asia Pacific region.
A Grosvenor office will open in Wellington this August, with a dedicated leadership team set to serve the New Zealand market.
H&M and Accenture are the outpost’s first clients.
“Several customers located in both Australia and New Zealand asked us to established operations in New Zealand,” says CEO Nicholas Lianos. “Our maturity as a group helped solidify the decision to expand.”
Fast fashion retailer H&M Group Australia and New Zealand entered into a three-year agreement with Grosvenor in April this year, to receive HVAC, fire, electrical and multi-trade solutions.
New Zealand has a strong appetite for Grosvenor’s “unique processes, management platforms and software,” says Lianos. “Customers are looking for a comprehensive multi-service building approach. We offer HVAC, electrical, fire and essential services, auditing, general building repairs and cyber security to provide a complete building service.”
Lianos adds that demand for these services is expected to grow exponentially in Australia and New Zealand across healthcare, commercial real estate, large format retail, industrial logistics and data centres.
