Connected Room Solutions for Hotels, a new product from Schneider, aims to boost efficiencies and offer hotel guests smart, interactive experiences.

The newest introduction to Schneider’s EcoStruxure range, it is primarily designed for high-end and luxury hotels in Australia.

It has individual room interfaces controlling temperature, lighting, panels, sensors, blind controls and door lock integration, and offers a single point of integration for other IoT devices within a room. These ‘personalised room experiences’ give guests “user friendly interfaces and smart room control at their fingertips,” says Gavin McClelland, offer marketing manager at Schneider Electric.

“For hotel owners and operators, not only do the solutions drive efficiencies throughout the facility, but they are highly cost-effective and customisable for future needs,” McClelland says.

Flexibility is a main feature of the solution, with hotels given the choice of only the solutions they need from the range, with the option to add others in future.
