The X85 features master scan technology and an instant replay function that records up to 20 minutes of audio.
A large LCD screen offers strong day-and-night visibility, while dual speakers are located in both the base and the microphone to deliver better sound in noisy environments.
Supporting both 12V and 24V DC systems, the X85 integrates effortlessly into any fleet setup, offering professional-grade performance with minimal installation effort.
The Smart Mic technology, paired with a three-way smart key, provides instant access to critical functions, including instant channel, call, and menu. A magnetic mount keeps the handpiece securely mounted.
The X85 offers 80 channels, triple watch, voice scramble, and duplex capabilities, all powered by five watts of transmission strength.
It also has 100 user-programmable RX channels, active noise cancellation (ANC), and public address (PA) speaker support.

Earlier this year, Uniden unveiled its XTRAK 50 Pro, which offers connectivity options to facility management teams working in areas with low mobile telecommunication coverage. The handheld radio offers a massive range of up to 17 kilometres and real-time location sharing via the XTRAK Bluetooth App, which is available for both iOS and Android devices.
It pairs with both in-vehicle and handheld Uniden radios. A powerful two-watt speaker and a four-level voice enhancer ensure crisp audio too.
