Knight Frank’s new national appointments
An overview of a number of new national appointments by Knight Frank.
Knight Frank has appointed Edmond Cheng as the NSW General Manager for Asian Residential Sales and Investments for the Sydney Project Marketing team. With over 23 years’ experience in off plan Project Marketing, Edmond has been responsible for selling in excess of 1,000 apartments throughout metropolitan Sydney in high profile developments.
Linda Zhu has joined Knight Frank as Associate Director of its new Corporate Real Estate Services division. Linda will work with the wider Knight Frank Global Corporate Services network throughout Asia, Europe and the US, in the development and implementation of real estate strategies for occupiers of commercial space
Knight Frank has expanded its Project Management & Building Consultancy division with the appointment of Doug Lawson, as Director, Project Management & Building Consultancy Queensland, who will launch the division in Queensland. With over 13 years’ experience, Doug previously worked at Capital Insight, managing a range of high value construction projects.
Mark Linnett has commenced as an Industrial sales executive in the Knight Frank Strathpine Office. Mark has previously worked in the industrial sector for approximately six years. He will focus his activities in the Northlake’s region which is one of greater Brisbane’s fastest growing precincts.
Tony Hymus has joined Knight Frank as a Sales Manager on the Gold Coast. Tony joins from Oliver Hume where he brings with him extensive experience in the Project Marketing of Residential land and units throughout Queensland.
Sanjana Ferdous has commenced as a Property Accountant in the Sydney Asset Management Services team. Sanjana previously worked as a property accountant at CBRE for approximately two years, and in her new role will be responsible for providing property accounting services to two A-grade commercial buildings in the Sydney CBD.
Diarmuid Killeen has joined Knight Frank as a Senior Property Manager within the ISPT, Property Management, Asset Management Services portfolio in Melbourne. Diarmuid joins from Fitzroys where he managed a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial assets. Much of Diarmuid’s professional experience has been gained in Ireland and the United Kingdom where he has held roles in Property Management and Investment, working with both institutional and high net worth clients.
Graham Pye has been appointed as a Sales Executive in the Knight Frank QLD Project Marketing department and will be based at the Seaspray Project in Yeppoon. Graham has most recently worked at Ray White Yeppoon as a Sales Executive.
Knight Frank has appointed Rhett Wilsmore as Facilities Manager in the Glen Waverley office. Rhett joins after nine years in a Facilities Management role at Channel 7 – Docklands. Rhett’s primary role will be as Facilities Manager across the Places Victoria re-development precinct in Dandenong.
Darrel Claasz has joined Knight Frank as a Facilities Manager for one of the company’s larger institutional clients, Avaya and will be responsible for managing their commercial space based at Avaya’s head office in Sydney. Darrel comes with over 20 years’ background in Facilities Management within the private sector, public organisations, finance and energy.
