Facility management via app

Released in March 2014 for iOS, and soon to be available for Android, PocketFM is a mobile work management app designed primarily for the facilities, maintenance and trades industries.

PocketFM enables the easy creation of records for buildings, locations and assets, and the assigning of work against them when in the field. That includes in areas with poor mobile coverage – which means frequently accessed tickets, assets and places are always available offline. Images can be added to places, locations, assets and tickets for easy identification.

The app allows people to be invited to teams or assigned one-off pieces of work via the mobile device’s contact book.

The app is being regularly updated, and planned features include a new web dashboard displaying in real-time all of the PocketFM data regarding how you, your team, building and assets are performing.
